It would an honor for us to have our coffees exported to your country, showing a bit of our character and philosophy, and placing our specialty coffee among other great producers of the world.

How do you ensure the quality of specialty grade coffee?

Besides the quality of our lands, we invest a huge deal of time and effort in developing post-harvest procedures for drying, fermenting and processing our coffees to obtain their maximum quality. Every single lot is inspected before being sold, and all of our coffees are evaluated by at least two certified SCA Q graders.

Where are your coffees from and which varieties do you offer?

At the moment all our coffees are from our three farms in Southern Minas Gerais and São Paulo, Southeast of Brazil. The region provides approximately 10% of the coffee consumed globally. Our farms are located in premium spots, with high altitude (above 1,000 masl) and climate ideal for high-quality coffee. We currently offer the Arabica varieties Red Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí, Arara and Mundo Novo.

Is there a minimum order quantity for coffees?

The green coffee is shipped from Brazil to our warehouse in Estonia in 60kg bags, protected by a plastic impermeable liner and a jute bag. In order to preserve the integrity of flavours and aromas, we cannot open or fraction the bags. Therefore, the minimum quantity is one bag of 60kg.

How do contracts and payments work?

We offer you the flexibility of choosing CIF or FOB shipping, from our warehouse in Estonia to your roasting facility in Europe. The payment can be by credit card or wire transfer, but we're always keen to understand our partners' specific needs in terms of deadlines or installements. We do our sales with all the proper paperwork required by European Union countries, and we invoice you in Euros.

My coffee has a quality issue, who should I reach out to?

Although we hope you will only ever contact us to say you want more great coffee, this could happen. In the very unlike case of having defects in your order due to incidents from our side, we will provide the quick replacement or refund of your order. You can contact us directly in the contact page of this website, or if you have spoken directly to at least one of the guys from our team, you can talk directly to them.
